Preparation Policy:

To prepare for your service, please do not wear any mascara the day before your service. Oil from the waterproof mascara can penetrate the natural lashes and interfere with a successful eyelash extension bond.

On the day of your service, please do not wear any eye makeup or mascara. If any build up is found present at the time of your appointment, those lash extensions will need to be removed and the fee of eyelash removal, ” BYE BYE LASHES $40″,  will be applied to the total cost of your visit. If you wear contact lenses, please wear eyeglasses to your appointment. Do not use any oil-based makeup removers or apply lotion on your eye area. Depending on the Quality of your existing lashes, your appointment time may vary. Please plan accordingly.


No Call, No Show & Cancellation Policy:

Time is a valuable commodity. And we want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. It is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not allow us the proper amount of time needed to complete your service. A late cancellation fee may be applied and you will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date or time. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, it must be done by logging in and changing or canceling it with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel with at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged a $30 late cancellation fee for a refill service and $50 for any of the “Full” services. If you “no show” for your appointment, you will be charged a $50 “No Show” fee for a refill or $75 for any of the “Full” services. Any other services (Waxing, Makeup Application eyelash extension removal, Quick Refill of 15 Lashes per Eye) half the price of the service for a late cancellation and  the full price for no show. If you’ve purchased a series, a “visit” will be deducted out of the remaining “visits” on your series instead of your credit card being charged. If your credit card on file is declined, any remaining appointments with us will be cancelled until the balance of the missed appointment is settled. When booking online to schedule your first appointment, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at this time. You will be charged at the time of service by your Eyelash Extensionist. By accepting the policy, you are confirming that you are authorized to use the credit card entered and assume responsibility for any charges incurred to it. Your appointment can not be held if a credit card is not provided.



***Our Beauty is closed during State Emergency due to weather. If your appointment falls on a date where there is a State Emergency, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. You must go online and reschedule your appointment. You can also call us and we will do our best to accommodate you with a new appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for an appointment canceled on short notice during State Emergency.

Return Policy:

-Individual Services, Promotional Items and/or Gift Certificates purchased for yourself or for another individual are non-refundable. This applies to Lash Extensions, Make-Up, Waxing, and Facial Treatments purchased. We will be happy to hold the service amount or transfer the service dollar amount to a Gift Certificate for use for up to one year from the date of purchase for your convenience. There are NO REFUNDS on any services provided. Any product purchased provided that they are unopened can be Return within 14 days. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours.
